剧情：
當麥可自昏迷中醒來，發現自己竟坐在一位瘋子的副駕駛座上，而這位瘋子表示麥可的家人就被綁在車子後方的貨物拖車裡。只要按下車子上的某個開關，拖車就會釋放致命毒氣毒殺他的家人。為了保護家人的性命，麥克必須遵從這個瘋子的所有命令，即便犯法也在所不惜。而在這趟瘋狂病態的公路之旅中，這位瘋子還向麥可說了三段極其扭曲的恐怖故事。
