剧情：
格里芬·凯耶斯是富兰克林公园动物园里的一个饲养员，他工作认真负责，加上热爱小动物，所以深得动物们的喜爱。凯耶斯是一个超重的大胖子，年龄不小的他一直想找个漂亮的姑娘结婚生子，过上平凡而快乐的生活。但是，生性腼腆的他并不善于和女孩子相处。他甚至觉得和一只狮子呆在一起也比和一个顾念呆在一起要舒服。只是，年龄到了，不谈婚论嫁不行。 凯耶斯决定辞职，他准备换一份更有吸引力的工作，好找个女孩。这么一来，动物们闹起了情绪，因为它们舍不得这个胖乎乎的饲养员离开它们。于是，动物们决定打破沉默，站出来教会凯耶斯动物世界里的“把妹技巧”。而且它们也决定要告诉凯耶斯一个天大的秘密－－它们会说人话。 动物的伎俩能成功么？它们能帮助凯耶斯追到女孩，并顺利地把他留在动物园么？
