剧情：
延续卖座第一集《马达加斯加》，流落荒岛的狮子艾利克斯与斑马等一行人，决定改造废弃于树头上的飞机离开无人岛，一开始还算顺利，一群动物们在飞机上开心庆祝即将回到五光十色的纽约，但随即坠落于大草原来到动物天堂「非洲」，不单如此，狮子艾利克斯在这里遇上了同类，却因为久居动物园失去沟通的本能，这一群十足观光客的外国动物，要如何融入环境？又是否能回到纽约，搞出多少笑料？
