剧情：
农场里的小动物温顺乖巧。听话的小狗，可爱的小鸡，成群结队的绵羊，在农夫的细心照顾下，健康的生活着。可是，每当农夫不在的时候，他们就会突然站起来，疯狂玩闹。唱歌跳舞，喝啤酒，开Party，他们甚至会去模仿人类，捉弄人类。奶牛奥蒂斯（Otis）就是他们当中最捣蛋的一个，竟玩起了高山滑雪。奥蒂斯的父亲本（Ben）是小动物们的领袖，每天兢兢业业的为他们站岗放哨，保护小动物不受野狼的袭击。大家都敬畏并信任他。
本一天天的变老，他希望儿子奥蒂斯能像自己一样，担起责任，保护好农场。可是奥蒂斯玩心太重，总是令本失望。一次，奥蒂斯为了一参加个Party，求父亲替他站岗。也就是这次，本为了保护小鸡，牺牲了自己。奥蒂斯深深地自责，一度灰心丧气。本在天上看着奥蒂斯，看着他努力去做好领袖，变成真正的男人
